Refund Policy

Course Cancellations:

All booking cancellations must be made in writing by an authorised person. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the course start date, a free cancellation or amendment will be made. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the course start date, invoices will be charged at 50% of the total invoice amount. Any cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the course start date will be charged at 100% of the invoice amount.

If you paid by credit or debit card through our website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means then your refund will be made by cheque, this will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
